Michelle Mansell, Owner/Groomer
"While I was born in Ohio, I have lived here in Tuscumbia all of my life. I have been married to Billy for 27 years. He has been in law enforcement 27 years as well and retired in 2025. We have a 33-year-old son, Skyler, who lives and works in DC for the United States Senate.
I began working for veterinarians in my earlier years and picked up grooming along the way. During that time, I was a vet tech and had great interest in dermatology, ears problems and canine dentistry. Grooming became a passion that I could incorporate those skills into my everyday grooming craft. Give me dirty ears or a blackhead any day and I am happy!! (lol) I am also certified in animal CPR.
After all the years of working for others, I decided to dedicate the rest of my years to opening my own grooming salon. And so, I did in 2016. Fast forward to April 2023, almost 7 years to the day, I relocated to a larger, more spacious location in need of room to expand. I pride my grooming salon on being a stress-free environment for both employees and pets alike. I Love Harmony, and lots of it!! We have been open 10 years this year in 2026.

Posey-Offical Greeter
Posey has been with me since 2022. She has come to work with me every single day. Even when she had her litter of puppies, the whole family came to work. The new owners of pups would be pleased with their riding in a car ethics.
Posey enjoys doing her tricks and showing off, meeting new people and their pets, going on long car rides, going to anything with a drive-thru window (looking for treats), going into any business that will allow her and chasing the ball and playing catch (she's very athlethic).
Maryetta -Groomer
Maryetta has been in the grooming industry for years. She has a passion for all kinds of animals and a talent for grooming that is unchallenged. While she remains camera shy as she has been for the last 25+ years that I have known her, her friendship and mentorship has always held a deep spot in my heart. ~Michelle
Kristie, Groomer
Kristie has 2 adult children and 7 grandchildren. She has been grooming for 20+ years in The Shoals area. She started out as a bather working for Faye Mask and began grooming not long after. She loves working with dogs and grooming is something she enjoys tremendously. She loves doing doggie makeovers! She also loves to educate pet owners in brushing and at-home grooming care techniques. She will gladly answer any questions you may have. Her goal is to please her clients with her work and to make sure your fur baby feels loved and safe.

Ashley -Groomer
Ashley has two adult children and 2 grandchildren. She has been with us since February of 2024. She began as a bather/assistant and quickly Worked her way up to groomer. She has a natural knack for it. Her grooming faves are applying her artistic abilities and making them look fabulous. One of the things she is adamant above is discovering underlying issues that pets may have that owners didn't realize, such as lumps and bumps that may need to be seen by a veterinarian.

Shantah Miller-Bather/Assistant
Shantah has 2 children and married to Ethan. She has been with us since November of 2024. She is one our bather/assistants. Making your pets smell good and clean is her job. She has been wanting to work with animals for as long as she can remember. She wants to eventually move up into grooming. She loves working with the dogs one on one and getting to know them on a first name basis. Her fun part of the job is cleaning and plucking ears. The nastier the better!!

Kayla-Bather/Assistant
Kayla has lived in Tuscumbia her whole life. She is married to Logan and they have a son. She has 2 dogs and 1 cat.
Kayla began working with us in Jan. 2026, so she is the newest member to our team. She is one of our bather/assistants who takes pride in bathing your pets and making them smell good and shine. You will usually see her with a pup wrapped in a blanket carrying it around.
